Kainos is Greek for “new”. We started the firm to give owners the kind of senior, commercially minded advice usually reserved for much larger companies, at every stage from a new business to a new owner.

Rahul is a Chartered Accountant with more than ten years’ experience across the commercial sector and accounting practice. He has worked inside businesses as well as advising them, giving him a practical understanding of financial reporting, management accounting, tax and business structuring across a wide range of industries. At Kainos he leads accounting, structuring and advisory work for business owners.
Rishab has spent more than ten years in public practice, including auditing companies with turnover above $100 million. His experience spans external audit, SMSF engagements, financial statements and accounting for small and medium businesses. That eye for detail drives his work at Kainos on due diligence, business acquisitions and sales, and making sure the numbers stand up to scrutiny.
Kainos Consultants Australia Pty Ltd also built and operates CompliDesk, AML/CTF compliance software used by Australian accountants, lawyers and real estate agencies. We know what it takes to grow a business because we are growing one, and that shapes the advice we give.
